Montessori for Parents and Babies

Join our thriving Montessori for Parents and Babies Group! Sign up for our next free open session, Tuesday April 16 at 9.45am.

This popular group is led by a Montessori (AMI trained) 0-3 guide, who will offer resources and guidance to help you support your baby’s development, both during the sessions and at home. Your baby will be able to explore a safe environment that has been carefully prepared to meet their developmental needs. This group also provides a wonderful opportunity for you to meet like-minded parents.

register now for 16 April

The sessions are suitable for babies from 2 months to 14/16 months accompanied by one parent or carer, and run in 10-week cycles.  Many of the babies who have attended these sessions have joined up to three cycles, and gone on to join our Montessori Infant Community and our Montessori Nurseries (Clapham Montessori and Clapham Park Montessori).

Let the children be free; encourage them; let them run outside when it is raining; let them remove their shoes when they find a puddle of water; and when the grass of the meadows is wet with dew, let them run on it and trample it with their bare feet; let them rest peacefully when a tree invites them to sleep beneath its shade; let them shout and laugh when the sun wakes them in the morning.
